For over twenty years, I have experienced the corporate world from within, leading teams, processes, and people in complex, multicultural environments. I have learned that behind every result—positive or negative—there is always an invisible web of relationships, a sense of belonging, expectations, and unspoken roles.
While working as Executive Office Manager at Hotel Pacific and General Manager for Helix GmbH, this awareness became increasingly clear. Until it became entirely natural to turn this insight into my new profession.
Today, I am a Facilitator in Family and Organizational Constellations, a Trainer, and an Educator in Astrogenealogy. I guide companies, HR professionals, and individuals in bringing to light what is unseen yet shapes everything: relationships, leadership, motivation, and performance.
I believe in systems: in the stories that run through people’s lives, in the invisible legacies that shape teams, and in the knots that can be untangled when they are truly seen.
I help organizations rediscover order, clarity, and fluidity through individual sessions, workshops, and tailor-made programs.
