Our relationship with success and economic prosperity does not arise in a vacuum. In fact, many of us experience our relationship with work and money in an unsatisfying way: we struggle to achieve the desired prosperity or perceive an invisible block that prevents us from expressing our true value, despite our commitment and skills.
The intent of this seminar is to allow you to understand, in a tangible and direct way, how we are all part of a broader morphic field. Through our family memory, we unconsciously draw on information and dynamics that profoundly influence our behavior toward money and our professional choices.
This principle applies to both the individual and the organization. Every company, in fact, is a system in its own right, with its own purpose and equilibrium. This system can undergo alterations in various ways: on one hand, through the influence of the personal behavior of individual members within the team; on the other, through the intrinsic dynamics of the system itself. When a company loses sight of its original purpose or when these balances are disrupted, the organization inevitably struggles.
“The Roots of Success” is an experience designed to bring these connections to light, transforming unconscious patterns into awareness, to realign both your professional life and your work environment to their full potential.

- 10:00 – Systemic Family Constellations. Introductory part followed by a guided experiential session and a dedicated Q&A space.
- 13:00 – Lunch Break. Informal networking and discussion.
- 14:00 – Introduction to the corporate vision with Stefano Iadeluca, followed by Systemic Corporate Constellations. Application of the method to the work context to visualize organizational dynamics, followed by open discussion.
- 18:30 – Closing of the session and final summary.
