Sometimes what you experience as yours — anxiety, blocks, guilt —
never belonged to you in the first place.
It’s an invisible inheritance:
a father’s silence,
a grandmother’s sacrifice,
unacknowledged grief,
love interrupted in the name of duty.
In Family Constellations, we do not analyze.
We create space for the system to reveal what asks to be seen.
And when something is acknowledged in its rightful place,
it dissolves on its own.
